Sirius Animation Studios is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Outreach Specialist to join our on-site team in Novi Sad. We create 3D and 2D animations for commercials, game cinematics, short films, and branded content – and now we’re ready to scale our client base with your help
Your mission:
• Proactively reach out to potential clients via email and LinkedIn
• Research and identify leads across social platforms, websites, and directories
• Personalize communication to spark interest and schedule intro meetings
• Work closely with our creative team to align outreach with our offers
• Keep track of outreach activity and help optimize the strategy
What we're looking for:
• Experience in sales, outreach, or business development
• Bonus if your experience is in the creative industry
• Even bigger bonus if you’ve worked on outsourcing and bringing in international clients
• Excellent English – written and spoken (you’ll be writing messages and organizing calls)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-driven mindset, with creativity and resourcefulness to match – we love people who think ahead and grow with us
What we offer:
• Fixed monthly salary based on experience and time commitment (part-time/full-time)
• Performance-based bonus: 5–10% of net value from closed deals you bring in
